Questions about a booking go to the operator who runs it, because they hold the reservation and the pickup list. Questions about the park itself go to the Western Australian park authority. Everything else can come to us.
About a tour you have booked
Your confirmation email comes from the operator, and it carries their reservations number. They are the ones who can move a pickup, change a date or answer a question about a dietary requirement. On several of these listings the pickup time moves through the year because it is set against sunset, and one operator sends the exact time the night before by text, email and WhatsApp.
About the national park

Hours
The Pinnacles Desert Discovery Centre is open 9:30 am to 4:30 pm every day except Christmas Day. The desert itself can be visited outside those hours, and visitors are expected to have left the park by 9 pm. The full sunset and dark-sky table is on visiting the Pinnacles.
Park entry
A$17 for a standard vehicle carrying up to 12 occupants, A$10 concession, A$8 per person for vehicles over twelve occupants. Paid at the entry station on the way in; there is nothing to book in advance.
